Before your first visit

• What tends to make it better or worse? Think about sitting, lifting, sleeping or driving.
• Have you had any scans, X-rays or reports related to it? Please bring copies if you have them.
• What medications are you currently taking?

These details help your chiropractor do a thorough assessment and explain the findings in a way that makes sense to you.

Questions you're welcome to ask us

We encourage questions. You might ask:

• What do you think is contributing to my complaint?
• What does chiropractic care involve for me, and are there other options?
• How many visits might be involved, and how will we check progress?
• Is there anything I can do between visits?

We assess and treat musculoskeletal complaints, and we'll be upfront about whether chiropractic care may help. If it isn't the right fit, we'll suggest who else you could see.

Getting here from Maryborough

We're at 30 Cuthberts Road, Alfredton, with free parking. Our weekday sessions run 8am–12pm and 2pm–6pm, and Saturdays 8am–12pm. Because we close in the middle of the day on weekdays, check your appointment time when you plan when to leave. Our Travelling to see us page has more tips.
