Patients come to KAW Chiropractic from right across regional Victoria and beyond. Some travel several hours to see us. If you're coming from out of town, this page will help you plan your visit to our clinic in Alfredton, Ballarat.

Parking

Free parking is available at the clinic, so you don't need to search for a park or watch a meter. It's especially handy if you've been driving for a while and just want to get out of the car and walk in.

Book ahead

If you're travelling, we recommend booking ahead:

  • Book online 24/7 at our booking page. You'll see live availability.
  • Same-week appointments may be available, subject to availability. For a set day, especially a Saturday, booking early gives you more choice.
  • Follow-up visits can be booked in advance, so you can plan your trips.
  • If you're running late on the road, call us on (03) 5339 4493 and we'll try to help.

Clinic hours and the midday break

  • Monday to Friday: 8am–12pm and 2pm–6pm
  • Saturday: 8am–12pm
  • Sunday: closed

On weekdays we close between 12pm and 2pm, so please keep this in mind when you plan your arrival.

Saturday mornings

Saturday mornings (8am–12pm) are popular with people who travel, because they avoid taking time off work. These slots tend to fill up, so book as early as you can.

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing that's easy to move in
  • Any recent scans, X-rays or reports related to your complaint
  • A list of current medications
  • Your health fund details, if you plan to claim a rebate. You lodge the claim with your fund yourself.
  • Any questions you'd like to ask

You don't need a referral to see a chiropractor.
