Seasonal work and your schedule
Pruning, vintage, lambing and harvest can mean long, physical days when it's hard to get away. Some patients book before a busy season starts, while others come in once things quieten down. Either way, here's what we offer:
- Weekday mornings: 8am–12pm
- Weekday afternoons: 2pm–6pm
- Saturday mornings: 8am–12pm
Online booking is open 24/7, so you can book from the shed or the kitchen table whenever suits. Same-week appointments may be available, subject to availability.
Repetitive and physical tasks
Bending, twisting, lifting and repetitive hand work are part of life in vineyards and on farms. People doing this kind of work sometimes see us about concerns with the lower back, neck, shoulders or wrists. We assess and treat musculoskeletal complaints like these. At your first appointment we'll ask about the tasks you do, carry out an assessment, and explain whether chiropractic care may help. If another health professional would be better placed to help, we'll say so.

Mon–Fri 8am–12pm and 2pm–6pm, Saturday 8am–12pm, and closed on Sunday.
