Chiropractic Care for Wendouree Residents

If you live in Wendouree, KAW Chiropractic is a short drive away, at 30 Cuthberts Road in neighbouring Alfredton. We're a locally owned Ballarat clinic, and many people from Wendouree's established streets and newer estates use us for their chiropractic care.

Getting here from Wendouree

Wendouree sits just north of Alfredton, so for most residents it's a short drive to the clinic. There's free parking on site, so you won't need to circle the block or feed a meter. That helps if you're fitting an appointment around school pick-up, a shift or a trip to the shops.

What we do

Our chiropractors assess and treat musculoskeletal concerns such as lower back pain, neck pain and stiffness, and some types of headache related to the neck. At your first visit we take a full history, carry out a physical assessment, and talk you through what we find. If chiropractic care looks suitable, we'll explain the options, what's involved and what to expect, so you can decide whether to go ahead. Chiropractic care may help some people with these concerns, and how people respond differs from person to person. If something in your assessment suggests another health professional would be a better fit, we'll tell you.

Appointments that fit around Wendouree life

We're open Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. Morning and late-afternoon sessions suit many people who work in town or around the Wendouree industrial and retail areas. Same-week appointments are often available (subject to availability), and you can book online any time through our Cliniko booking system, even at 10pm on a Sunday.

Fees and health funds

You pay at the clinic after your appointment, and you can then claim from your private health fund yourself if your extras cover includes chiropractic. Rebate amounts depend on your fund and level of cover, so check with your insurer if you're unsure. New patients can also look at our $49 new patient offer (terms and conditions apply; see /49-offer for what's included).

What a first appointment involves

Plan on your first appointment taking longer than a follow-up visit, because it includes your history and assessment. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a list of any medications along with any scans or reports you already have. You're welcome to ask questions at any point, and you don't have to commit to ongoing care at your first visit.

Ready to book?
